Follow the packing instructions provided with your return label.
Track your parcel by clicking on “Track your return” in the return confirmation email or use the tracking number provided on the return label.
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process your return from the time it arrives at our warehouse. During our busy holiday periods, please allow a little more time.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
You will be informed by email once the return process is completed and the refund is created.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to show on your account depending on your financial institution.
Please note, returns that are not authorized will not be processed.

We are unable to offer exchanges online. You can return your order within 30 days of the purchase date using a complimentary return label and place a new order for the product you would like to exchange it for.
